Vision

The Federal Highway Administration’s Office of International Programs is recognized as a leader in global highway transportation technology and information exchange, knowledge sharing, and the facilitation of technical assistance abroad.

Mission

The Federal Highway Administration’s Office of International Programs leads and coordinates efforts to implement international programs and activities that meet the priorities of the FHWA and the U.S. transportation community.

Partners

Customers and partners include:

• Other U.S. Federal agencies and departments;
• United States highway transportation community, including State and local Departments of Transportation, academic institutions, professional organizations and industry associations and their members;
• International highway transportation organizations and foreign counterpart agencies, and
• International technical, financial and development agencies.
