Risk Assessment and Allocation for Highway Construction ManagementAppendix A Case StudiesA number of U.S. and international agencies were employed as case studies for the development of this document. In some cases, the authors visited the agencies or interviewed staff via phone and e-mail. In other cases, they reviewed agency documents and incorporated them into this document. Publication of this document does not necessarily indicate acceptance by the agencies participating in the case study, either inferred or expressed herein.
