Dear Mr. Rodriguez and Staff,

Please accept our sincerest thank you for giving us the opportunity to attend the official CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2008 and IFPE 2008 event. It was truly an enlightening and exciting event.

We were pleased to see and learn about so many important construction processes, new equipment, technology and materials to help strengthen our knowledge in these areas. It was our goal to learn about the new technology and equipment and then share our great experiences with our colleagues. From our initial review of multiple discussion notes, brochures, pamphlets, certification education hand outs and hundreds of picture, it is evident that we have met our goals and objectives.

Along with this great opportunity we were grateful that you provided us with the services of professional, highly educated, technically proficient and personable interpreter Valeriya Remezova. She did a great job in extending our understanding of the event with practical detailed and professional explanations about construction processes, equipment, technology and materials fabrication and use. Overall our experience was greatly enhanced by Valeriya's assistance and knowledge.

Again, thank you and your staff for the great effort and time taken to accommodate our participation in this event. Our participation will play a significant role in making Mariy El Auto Highway Administration successful in building and improving Russian highway and bridges and mobility through international leadership, shared knowledge and gained knowledge. We know that we also speak on behalf of our agency management with whom you have worked with in arranging this visit.

We will surely see profitable and important changes in serving the transportation needs of our Republic based on your visit. We look forward to our continued relations with Federal Highway Administration and thank you again.

Sincerely yours,

Gennady Sablin
Anatoly Averin
