Mr. Henry Nevares,

We would like to thank you immensely for the attention you provided on the occasion of the visit of the Brazilian delegation last month. We could observe the operations of the U.S. highway organization, its mechanisms, problems and solutions and, therefore, we would like to convey our thanks for the warm reception, and we hope to return one day.

We take this opportunity to reinforce our invitation for one of the major events related to road engineering that will take place in the city of Goiania, State of Goiás, in the Center-West region of Brazil, and it is close to Brasília (capital of Brazil), in August of 2006.
