The Office of International Programs (OIP) is working with the governments of Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Peru on establishing bilateral Memorandums of Cooperation (MOC) between the FHWA and its counterpart in these countries. The MOCs will focus on the promotion of activities of mutual benefit and interest.
