Technology Transfer Network

The Office of International Programs (OIP) has been instrumental in the establishment of a network of T2 Centers in Sub-Saharan Africa. This network contributes to creating conditions for sustainable development facilitating foreign direct investment and enhancing the flow of international trade with and within Sub-Saharan Africa. T2 Centers have been established in the following countries:

  • Tanzania (housed at the university)
  • Malawi (housed at the university)
  • Botswana (housed at the university)
  • Zambia (housed at the roads training center)
  • Namibia (housed at the Roads Authority)
  • South Africa (3 centers: Province of Kwa-Zulu Natal DOT, CSIR Research Lab, and the National Roads Authority)
