Central America

The Office of International Programs (OIP) is working with the governments of Costa Rica, Honduras, Ecuador, El Salvador and Nicaragua on establishing bilateral Memorandums of Cooperation (MOC) between the FHWA and its counterpart in these countries. The MOCs will focus on the promotion of activities of mutual benefit and interest.

FHWA and the government of Panama entered into a bilateral Memorandum of Cooperation for carrying out technology exchange activities. The MOC is focused on the promotion of activities of mutual benefit and interest.
