OIP participates in the Transportation Border Working Group (TBWG), which is a collaboration between the United States and Canada on border-wide transportation initiatives. TBWG subcommittees are working to finalize a Border Information Flow Architecture to enhance border technology interoperability, and to update a Border Infrastructure Compendium that compiles descriptive information, and infrastructure needs, for the busiest Canada–U.S. land border ports of entry.
